Essential conditions to the offer

Your decision to book must be illustrated to be a direct result of the Paddy Pallin offer.

How we decide this?

• At the point that you decided to book, you must have stated either verbally or via an email that you found our business via this offer.
• If prior to seeing this offer you had contacted us via another form of advertising and had stated that you wish to book, and then saw the Paddy Pallin offer after you expressed your intention to book, then the discount voucher does not apply.
• If you have already booked and then saw the offer, the offer does not apply.
  
• If prior to seeing this offer you had contacted us via another form of advertising and had not stated that you wished to book, and then saw the Paddy Pallin offer afterwards and this motivated you to book, then the discount does apply. In this case you need to state either verbally or at the time you decided to book that the Paddy Pallin offer motivated the booking.

Further conditions

• Vouchers are only given once we receive the full balance for your trip.
  
• This voucher cannot be use in conjunction with any other discounts
  If you spend your voucher prior to the trips departure and we cancel the trip ( i.e. insufficient numbers on the trip etc) then we will return your balance minus the value of the voucher.
  
• If we cancel the trip and you haven’t used your voucher then you need to return it to us to be reimbursed the full value of your trip. If we cancel the trip and you do not return your voucher, we will only reimburse you minus the value of the voucher.
• If you cancel your trip at any time our cancellation policy applies.
  

If you cancel your trip at any time we will not refund you the value of the voucher.

Save $100 on any Tarkine Trails walk by subscribing five of your friends to our e-newsletter service.

How, It’s simple;

• Contact five friends that are genuinely interested in the Tarkine and the walks that we offer.
• Get them to go to our web site and join our newsletter. To do this, they simply go to the home page, then click the e-newsletter button on the right hand side. Once they have done that, they fill in their details and click subscribe.
• Once all five friends have filled in their details, contact us with their names
• We will confirm whether they have registered on our service.
• If they have, we'll discount your trip by $100, easy!

The spirit of this offer is that you are contacting people who are genuinely interested in the Tarkine and our walks. Of course we can have no way of ensuring that those people you get to subscribe are genuinely interested in our walks, so will honor the promised offer regardless of who subscribes.
